Beachfront Villa Seasun

The house is amazing! We loved the pool and the jacuzzi, the direct access to the sea and the outside area. The rooms were really nice as well. It is a great place to stay especially when the weather is good. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, answered really fast and always reachable.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Joanna war eine unglaublich liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeberin – jederzeit erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde zwischendurch auch sauber gemacht, das war top. Die Lage ist sehr privat, niemand stört sich, wenn man abends draußen noch laut ist. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an einem privaten Meerzugang oder erreicht kleine Läden und den Strand. Ein kleiner Punkt: Es gibt kein richtiges Wohnzimmer, sondern nur den Essbereich mit einem kleinen Sofa, dafür ist der Außenbereich groß und perfekt, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen und mit allen Leuten zu sitzen und zu essen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

What a stay this was! Wonderful villa, fantastic owners and staff. Rooms and kitchen - well furnished. Didn't have any need that wasn't fulfilled.
every window or doors had a net. Air-cons at good working condition. Pool and hot bath always cleaned. Outside dining area and fire place - cherry on top. Sun comes to pool area around midday - so anyone looking for perfect tan moment - will get his own, the others will have enough spots of shadow.
And the views... and the sounds of the sea..2 minutes walk downhill on the path under olive trees and private rocky entrance to water is there..
Few cafes and restaurants are walking distance. Our greatest recommendations. thanks to all!

Great villa

This property was lovely and met our expectations. Views were amazing. Location was good. Air con excellent. Rooms fine, lacked some living and outdoor space/amenity to say it was excellent. Owner was helpful and very attentive. Kept in touch via what’s app messenger. Taxis were very reliable and reasonably priced.

Beautiful, well equipped villa. Extremely clean on arrival, linen and towels changed mid week with full clean through.
Excellent hosts, no request to small.
Very private location, close to two well stocked supermarkets a few tavernas and car hire facilities. Ideal for family get together.

We zijn met een groep van 16 personen (familie) in Villa Seasun geweest. We hebben sen heerlijke week gehad! Het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de ruimte rondom de villa zijn grote pluspunten. Met als kers op de taart het uitzicht op zee, dit verveelt geen seconde!
De recent aangebouwde overkapping was voor ons ideaal omdat we hier met z’n allen konden eten. Binnen is hier geen ruimte voor dus je moet het wel wat treffen met het weer omdat wanneer je met een grote groep bent je de ruimte buiten wel nodig bent. Een verbeterpuntje zou zijn de overkapping buiten af te schermen met een muurtje of zeil of iets dergelijks zodat je hier nog meer profijt van hebt wanneer het weer kouder is. De wind vanaf zee kan namelijk wat fris zijn. Maar voor ons was dit niet nodig want wij hebben de hele week prachtig weer gehad en hebben zelfs gezwommen in zee vanaf de eigen trap in zee. Villa Seasun deed z’n naam wat dat betreft eer aan!

Perfect villa for a long weekend with 8 friends. Amazing view, including sunset, from the pool, jacuzzi or and terrace. Special bonus is the private entrance to the sea. Very special!

Everything about the villa was amazing. There were 11 of us travelling for my 60th Birthday including 3 grandchildren. The hill to the villa was very steep not ideal for someone elderly. The local shops and taverna was lovely. Beach was 5 minute walk very safe for kids when we were there. We travelled 27th Sept - 4th Oct 2024. The only down side were the mosquitoes and wasps because of the time of year. Would highly recommend this villa. The owner Joanna was lovely and very helpful

Die Villa hat eine unfassbar schöne Lage im Norden Korfus. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren atemberaubend. In der Nähe gab es zu Fuß erreichbare Bars und Restaurants. Wir hatten ursprünglich vor auch etwas die Insel zu erkunden, da die Villa jedoch so beeindruckend war, blieben wir die meiste Zeit doch vor Ort. Der private Meerzugang machte es noch perfekt, er bietet zwar keine Liegemöglichkeit dennoch ist der gebaute Weg über Klippen hinweg ein Erlebnis für sich. Der eigene Infinitypool sowie Whirpool runden den Aufenthalt makellos ab. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche vor Ort und auch die Gastgeberin Joanna war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und kam bei einem Problem mit dem Whirpool auch gleich persönlich vorbei und kümmerte sich umgehend darum. Die Villa Seasun kann ich für Familien und auch Freundesgruppen definitiv weiterempfehlen, es lässt sich dort super Zeit verbringen und auch feiern. PS. die Einfahrt ist extrem steil also nehmt etwas Schwung mit haha!

Exceptional view, beautiful swimming pool, lovely bbq and table, wonderful villa very well maintained; perfect service an assistance

Wonderful 2 weeks multigenerational family holiday. Joanna the host couldn’t have been more helpful with advice on property before we arrived and recommendations of shops and restaurants and activities. Denis at shop saint Spyridon is a star who delivered basic shopping before our arrival at no extra cost. We did use larger supermarket in Acharavi for bigger shops. Beautiful area with lots to do with age range 6-76 yrs. Villa is lovely and view and pool and sunsets spectacular. Some of the best we have ever seen and travelled extensively. Villa very comfortable but kitchen small and little inside space for 14. Could do with more shade and comfy seating to relax in evening outside and another fridge in downstairs at end of corridor or instead of one of the washers but otherwise ideal. Also olive trees crying out for a hammock! Kitchen well equipped and walk and direct access to sea fantastic although def need sea shoes. Would def recommend including Greek night and using north Corfu boats on saint Spyridon beach (run by Manos and friends) for day hire and did amazing trip out to northern islands which was stunning. Only slight negatives previously mentioned re very steep drive and music from holiday resort next door hut being able to swim round headland for cocktails at pyramid bar compensated. Would really recommend and return if few suggestions accommodated.

Gorgeous, immaculately clean villa in heavenly setting. The pool and jacuzzi and plentiful sunbeds suited our group so well. 7 air conditioned bedrooms and 5 shower rooms is ideal for a large family. We loved having direct access (via short, steep, uneven path and ladder) to the crystal clear sea. We were 3 minutes walk to the Pyramid Restaurant where we had brunch every day and often dinner too. Loved it. A few minutes walk further is the delightful sandy St Spiradon beach. ABSOLUTELY MUST rent a boat for a day from North Corfu boats on the beach to explore the coast and secluded beaches. Mr Didi in the local minimarket will deliver fresh meat and fish and anything else you want. You really don't need a car as Joanna, the AMAZING host, can organise airport transfers. We highly recommend the villa with the same small caveats as previous reviewers - the kitchen is small, for a villa that sleeps 15. The outside dining table is huge and there is a wonderful barbeque but inside communal space is tight. Shouldn't be a problem in sunny corfu! Also the driveway is short but very steep so we had to take the baby out and carry the buggy. Wasn't a problem for us but do bear in mind access would not suit people with mobility issues. The views and setting are simply out of this world and we couldn't have been happier anywhere else

Fantastic view looking over the sea to Albanian mountains. Beautiful villa; lovely rooms . Perfect infinity pool. The highlight was walking down small path at lower end of property, this led to metal gate, beyond which was a small winding path & mini step ladder into the sea ! It felt very special having our own access to the sea! 'Wet shoes' are useful for this path; sold in the village. Joanna and her husband, Spiritos, were very helpful. Booked return cab with 'Alfataxiscorfu' in Acharavi, in advance, very easy, €69 seemed reasonable. We were a group mainly in our 60's, we sometimes found the noise from the large hotel complex below a bit intrusive, perhaps that's an 'age thing'!

Wir waren gerade 9 Tage in der Villa und hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit! Das gesamte Gelände lädt zum gemeinsamen Entspannen und Genießen ein und genau das taten wir auch: Wir waren zu acht unterwegs, Singles und Paare, und jeder hatte ein schönes Zimmer, aber am liebsten haben wir draußen zusammen gegessen und den Ausblick genossen, nachdem wir gemeinsam gegrillt oder gekocht hatten. Eines unserer Highlights war der Whirlpool, von dem aus man den perfekten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang hat! Joanna und ihr Mann sind wirklich tolle Hosts, die wissen, was es braucht, damit man sich als Gast wohlfühlt! Joanna war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv mit Infos versorgt sowie ihre Hilfe angeboten. Der Reinigungsservice war auch sehr angenehm. Eine Kleinigkeit, die wir praktisch gefunden hätten, ist zum Beispiel eine Küchenwaage und ein Handrührgerät, aber das liegt sicher daran, dass unsere Gruppe überdurchschnittlich gerne kocht und backt. :)

An incredible place to stay on holiday. The view and poolside area is fantastic, with the added bonus of the hot tub and the private access to the bay below for sea swimming. The patio seating is perfect for big group meals. The rooms are very comfortable and our group of 13 adults felt there was more than enough space for us all. Joanna couldn't have been a more helpful host, she was super responsive and no problem was too small. The surrounding area is beautiful and everyone we encountered was so friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa SeaSun as the perfect location for a family or group holiday.

The villa is located in the northern part of the Corfu island, which is great, cause all the best beaches are near. The infinity pool is a nice bonus if you like to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

E' dotata di tutti i conforts e puo' accogliere comodamente 14 persone.
L'ampio spazio attrezzato esterno consente di poter mangiare di fronte ad uno splendido mare, mentre non c'e' spazio per tutti nella zona giorno interna

The views and sunsets of this villa are 5 star, outdoor space, pool and hot tub add a bit of luxury, it really is about being outside, the inside communal area is small and if you were unlucky enough not to have nice weather a large group would really struggle with inside space the kitchen area is compact.
Cooking equipment is basic and there are zero condiments left for your use.
Had a few issues with power outages which we were told were related to recent forest fires.
In general we had a wonderful time, access to the local bars and snorkelling in the sea at the bottom of the property was fab so i would recommend this property, and you even get to walk of the gyros on the way back to the villa....

Our party of1 10 7 adults and 3 children 8 to14 spent 10 days at this beautiful Villa.With incredible Views across the sea and to Albania.The outdoor was perfect for our BBQ’s with plenty of seating undercover.The infinity pool and Jacuzi were just a magnet for everyone.We could have done with some more sun shades though 3 was just not enough for 10 people..Situated just minutes walk away from a mini market and supermarket as well as a couple of Tavernas.The lovely beach was also just a short walk away.We had a great stay.A couple of suggestions.Another bin for recycling and some bin liners would be helpful.Also an information book with emergency telephone numbers and local information ie Taxi phone numbers would b also have been helpful

The villa’s view is amazing, beautiful sunsets and vista across the bay. The villa’s pool and hot tub is stunning. Location is good, not fair at all from the main town 10min drive away as well as some beautiful coves and beaches. You can walk into the local village within minutes which has the essentials. This villa is not for people who find it difficult to walk as the drive is steep. Hiring a boat from Kassiopi is a must the restaurant Eucalyptus and the Agni Taverna along the coastline is a must eat at! The hosts are great really responsive and so friendly! The nearby hotel can be a bit loud we loved it as the music was great!! So we didn’t mind at all and it does not go on until late. The kitchen has all you need, the fridge needed an extra clean but the rest of the villa was totally spotless. The BBQ was amazing to use one night for a real sunset moment. Very special. We highly recommend this villa.

This truly is the most incredible villa. Everything about it was perfect. I cannot express how happy we were with everything! From the pre arrival correspondence with Joanna (who is wonderful) to the actual stay where there was nothing that was too much trouble and always someone to assist us. There were 13 of us staying age range from 18months to grandparents and it was hands down the best holiday we all have ever been on. The local shop owner Dennis is also amazing and deserves a mention.
Do not hesitate to book this villa you will not be disappointed with anything, it was honestly perfect

Villa Seasun is an wonderful place for a family holiday/vacation.The villa is very clean but to be honest (as there’s not much space for many people in the dining/stroke living room area) it’s really only a place to lay your head after a full day of sunbathing and sight seeing.The bedrooms are all air conditioned and spacious and the beds are very comfortable.Now the outside area of the villa is completely astonishing,there is so much room to move around in (we had some of our family visit us on a couple of occasions,14 in total) and there was plenty of space for everyone.the infinity pool is fantastic and the views,we all agreed that they were perfect.panoramic views of the sea and watching the sun set each evening was a dream.the outside dining area was also fantastic.a great area for eating outside and entertaining in the evening.Personally I didn’t use the hot tub but the teenagers loved it and had a glass of wine whilst sat in there every night.Joanna and Spiros were fantastic hosts and whatever we needed or asked for arrived either the same day or the morning after.Joanna kept in contact with me the whole time we were there to make sure everything was fine which was greatly appreciated.the downside to our stay was the huge climb up to the villa from the main gate.we had an 8 month old baby (in a pram/buggy) and a couple of pensioners in our group and getting up and down to and from the gate was really hard for them.also the mosquitoes were abundant.we tried everything to keep them at bay but everyone of us were eaten alive.a couple of ideas to maybe make things a little easier for future guests include maybe thinking of getting a hand rail installed for the big hill up to villa and maybe the upstairs guests getting a key for downstairs as we couldn’t access the kitchen after everyone had gone to bed.All this being said myself and my party had the best time ever.Villa Seasun is a dream and the good things by far outweigh the not so good.If you are thinking of a stay here then I would highly recommend it.thank you so much Joanna and Spiros for your hospitality.we are very sad we never got to meet you in person Joanna

It was perfectly positioned, near the beach, restaurants and good swimming pool, with a wonderful view. They sent the link and I looked and booked straight away. It’s perfect for a family when the grandparents can escape to the upper level. Pool perfect. I have swim all over the world and the sea swimming here is the best I’ve swum in. Clear water, beautiful coves.

We are a family of 15 this villa was very spacious and the rooms were lovely, the kitchen was very well equipped it also had a dishwasher and the villa has 2 washing machine’s. The main attraction of this villa is outside it has the most breathtaking views over the infinity pool which can be heated for an extra cost which was ideal for us as our stay was in October, it has plenty of sunbeds, plus a large dining area with BBQ. The only downside to this villa is it is on a very steep hill and if you have walking difficulties or young children in pushchair’s as we had in our family it was a real struggle. Car hire could be an option. The local shop owners Dennis and Lola were amazing offering to take our shopping up to the villa. The owner of the villa Joanna was very helpful with any questions we had anytime of the day or evening and nothing was to trouble. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our second visit to an absolutely stunning location and villa. Sunset views are to die for in the evening and day time views looking out over Albania are breathtaking.
We were a group of 10 covering 3 generations, and whilst the drive is very steep its all worth the effort. The pool is a good size and worked well for all the family.
Joanna was brilliant, welcoming and helped us with organizing groceries for our arrival from the local mini market. The chap from the local mini-market couldn't have been more helpful, delivering everything "to the door" and you pay when its convenient - a great help.
There a couple of restaurants/tavernas within 5 mins walk, if you don't feel like barbequing.

Absolutely stunning location and villa. The view from the pool and villa were incredible; it's even better than the photos. We are a family aged between 11 months and 74 years and we all had a lovely time. We spend most of our time in and around the pool which was a good size and suitable for all ages. We also enjoyed having direct access to the sea down a little ladder from the property
The kitchen facilities were good, we either cooked or barbecues for all 15 of us most evenings. There was plenty of equipment, everything we needed. 2 washing machines was a real bonus too!
Joanna was very welcoming and friendly and helped us arrange storage of our luggage on the last day which was great as we had a late flight. Mr Didi at the supermarket as also lovely and happy to deliver.

We stayed in Villa Seasun as a party of 12 ranging in age from 2 years to 70.

The first impressions of the Villa are the stunning views over the Ionian Sea to Albania and also over the lagoon towards north west Corfu. The sunsets are amazing.

The Villa is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are air conditioned. There is plenty of equipment, crockery etc. having 2 washing machines was very useful.

The outdoor eating area was good plenty of seats and tables. The barbecue was good and the beer fridge was a bonus.

The infinity pool was amazing and the 2 year old loved the smaller pool.

The drive although fairly steep was not as bad as previous villas we have stayed in and well worth it for the view.

Overall a brilliant place to stay and everyone had a wonderful holiday.

We had a very good holiday and throughly enjoyed the villa, pool and views. There was enough things local to the villa to satisfy our family for a week but we would have hired a car if staying longer. The drive up to the villa is very steep if walking and could be an issue for less mobile/elderly people etc There is quite a lot of background noise from the hotel from about 12pm until 11pm Which could be annoying for some. The owners were very helpful and friendly.

The villa itself is lovely, the most amazing pool & view and a nice outdoor seating area.

As previous reviews have said, the indoor communal areas are small, but this did not bother us as it was beautiful weather so we were outside.

The villa has (newly built) steps that walk from the garden down to the sea which was really lovely. The main local beach is great for young children as calm & shallow for a long way out.

The local mini market were fantastic & delivered us groceries whenever needed. however, it is only a 5 min walk to the shop, so very convenient. Only a few restaurants within walking distance, but some nice local towns to explore (by taxi/car).

We were a party of 16 ranging from 0-65 years & all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would certainly recommend to others!

This is the 2nd stay at the beautiful Villa Sea Sun and its didn’t disappoint. The pool and view are breath taking and the host Joanna is very friendly and attentive during the stay

There used to be 2 apartments with 3 bedroom and a kitchen each and the change to an extra bedroom and no kitchen facilities upstairs prevented me giving 5 stars

With such a large capacity 2 kitchens or at least a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities upstairs would have made it a 5 star stay

Amazing. Stunning views. It is in a quiet area which we knew. But that suited us. Stunning views and a few restaurants. Locals so friendly. Very steep drive.Dish washer great. Plenty of cutlery and plates etc.The inside is better than the photos.Comfy sun loungers. tasteful decor etc. Perfect. The communal areas inside are small if it rains but there is a covered outside area too.

Amazing views onto the bay, picture perfect. As we arrived in late October, we anticipated the pool to have some residual heat so we could enjoy a casual dip, but much to our disappointment, the owner said they don't heat the pool. That aside, the villa was very comfortable and definitely geared up to take 14 guests with a great outdoor dining facility, plenty of loungers and the basics within the kitchen such as plates and cutlery.
Would I stay here again: 100%, but at the height of summer where we could have used the pool to our delight.

Incredible views and stunning pool. Sunsets were amazing! Close to beach and a couple of tavernas. Very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 10. Only minor niggle was the very small indoor seating area which couldn’t cope with us all when the weather was poor. To be fair, I don’t think this would be an issue in summer but was a bit squashed when it was rainy and cool in the evening (we were there in October). No provisions are left - so prepare to buy everything from scratch (salt, pepper etc) though I suspect this is due to Covid cleaning protocols. Communication with hosts was great and they were really helpful when we locked ourselves out :) We loved it here and would highly recommend

Gorgeous villa which feels clean and newly refurbished. We were so lucky to enjoy the views and sea just 2 mins away. Close to good bar, boat hire place and shop for essentials. Very steep drive beware! Pyramid bar is great for day and night. Hire boat from North Corfu boat hire and go swimming in cove.

We had a lovely relaxing break at Villa Seasun in Corfu. The Villa was clean and spacious and the outdoor space was great with a Fantastic view. A special thankyou to Joanna who looked after us during our stay even taking us to the shop for bulk items on our first full day. The local shop by the Pyramid cocktail bar is also excellent and has everything you need with friendly/helpful owners. The local Tavernas are good however you need a Taxi for a change of restaurants/scenery. I would suggest a visitors information booklet for the Villa which could include taxi numbers, local trips and where they can be booked. We all had a great holiday and would strongly recommend the villa to friends and family.

This property lived up to our expectations. Comfortable and well-appointed. The view of the sunset from the patio area was fantastic..

First of all, I want to thank you for the hosting and for the conditions offered. Everything was great. Of facilities, I have nothing to comment, we did not lack anything. The pool seemed to be detached from a dream, and the landscape at sunset left me breathless. I hope to have the opportunity to return to this location, and if I do not, it will certainly be recommended by me to all acquaintances, and at least one group will get there from me. All the best!

We were were very fortunate to spend some time at the Sea Sun villa in beautiful Corfu.

It is set in such a gorgeous setting with the most spectacular view of the bright blue sea and shadows of mountains a distance away.

The panoramic pool really made you feel as if you were swimming in the greater sea and part of the picture perfect scenery.

The sunset was magical and took our breath away. My family will treasure those moments forever.

Joanna and Spiros were the owners and were such a pleasure to meet. Very kind and caring with a great friendly nature.

I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates nature and beauty, you will be blown away.

Das Grundstück mit dem super Pool in hervorragender Lage war ideal für uns (8 Erwachsene mit drei Kleinkindern) Wegen des idealen Wetters konnten wir alle Tage und Mahlzeiten draußen verbringen (teilweise im 'Kampf' mit Wespen und Mücken) Anderenfalls hätten wir allerdings Schwierigkeiten gehabt, da im Haus kein geeigneter Raum für Mahlzeiten und gemeinsame Aktivitäten für uns alle gewesen wäre. Der Service wahr sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Geeignete Badestellen und unser schnell erkorenes 'Lieblingsrestaurant' waren sehr nah, ein kleiner Laden und etliche weitere Restaurants problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche war sehr schlicht, aber genug Töpfe, Geschirr etc. war vorhanden. Glücklicherweise waren die Fenster mit sehr gutem Insektenschutz ausgerüstet. Die abendliche 'Beschallung' unserer Terrasse durch die Animationen eines nahegelegenen Hotels war nicht unser Fall, hat aber unseren guten Gesamteindruck nicht verdorben. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

“This is the best villa! Completely private with an unbeatable view. The infinity pool, terraces, and all other outdoor area is beautiful and very functional. We stayed with 4 couples and 2 kids (10-14) everyone was able to spend the day as they pleased. It’s just a walk down the driveway and you there is ocean access. You can swim to a little cave and to James Bond island. Right there are great restaurants a mini market that truly carries anything as well as a fun bar (Pyramid is the name). The house has 2 apartments up and down which aren’t connected inside. You have to go up the outside stairs. There is one master bedroom with a small shower bathroom on each floor and 2 additional bedrooms with separate twin beds that share a large bathroom with washing machines in them. The beds are a bit hard and the local all inclusive resort is very audible, but they turn the music off at 10p without fail. Pro tip: burn the local instant coffee powder in an ashtray. The slow smoke wafting across the table keeps the wasps at bay. We learned that in a restaurant a few towns over. Additionally put jam on a plate and feed the wasps with it, at always the same spot, away from the table and they learn to go there.”

Gute Lage, tolle unverbaute Aussicht auf Küste, Meer und Albanien. Haus in ordentlichem Zustand, schöne Terasse und neuer Pool. Service und Betreuung gut. Beeinträchtigungen durch Insekten (Wespen und Mücken). Abends öfter Lärm von Abendveranstaltungen des nahegelegenen Ressorts.

Pool area and outside eating area fabulous, the views are amazing. Feel inside needs a bit of updating especially the downstairs en suite bathroom. Could also benefit from more cooking utensils. This villa can accommodate 14 people so when having a bbq not enough serving dishes etc.

The location and vista from this villa are extraordinary. Nestled in to the side of a quintessential Greek hillside and looking out over the gorgeous Spiridon beach, you really feel that you're in the perfect place for your holiday. The outdoor space is excellent for entertaining large groups and the infinity pool really adds a a touch of luxury to the property. Inside the two apartments are well proportioned if basically furnished. The kitchen is small if you're cooking for 10+ but sufficiently stocked with a variety of odd utensils that you can muddle your way through. We loved our time at Villa Seasun, thanks for having us.

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Seasun. The Villa was very clean and well maintained, and the laundry service could not be faulted. The only observation we noted having stayed in several Villas in previous years was the lack of visitor information provided. Previous villas have had a visitor book which has places of interest to visit, local activities and recommendations for places to eat etc. Also, although the villa had plenty of crockery and cutlery, we were surprised that none was plastic. Considering the villa for its size is likely to be used predominantly by families, the lack of plastic plates etc for use by children was noted. However, this did not detract from the lovely holiday, views, sunshine and good food on offer.

Beautiful Villa for a week's stay with my family of 12. Outside area with pool, BBQ and large tables for socialising is magnificent. Inside the villa, it is clean and very nice but could do with a bit more storage and equipment in the kitchen.

It's a beautiful setting. The apartments were very clean and nice, the pool was sparkling and the view beyond the pool was amazing! I also want to note how nice everyone in the town was--from the owner of the property to the people in town. I will always have fond memories of how friendly and helpful they were...

A wonderful week in Corfu
Fantastic view and a wonderful pool suitable for toddlers and adults. Plenty of space outside for children to run about and a large table where we could have our meals in the shade.
Perfect location, overlooking the sea. Lovely restaurants and beaches within walking distance.

Villa Seasun was fabulous. The photos looked too good to be true but it was as good as it looked if not better. Joanna and her husband were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us. Would definitely go again

Sehr schönes Haus mit liebevoller Gestaltung; gute Ausstattung der Küche; traumhaftes Außengelände mit Blick über das Meer; überdachte große Tafel mit Grillmöglichkeit; sehr nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch die Eigentümer; Reinigung des Hauses mit Wäschewechsel unter der Woche; morgens und abends ist die Musik der nahe gelegenen Hotelanlage zu hören.

Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Einfache Handhabung, sehr netter Kontakt und tolle Unterkunft.

We had a wonderful stay in your marvellous home, at a beautiful location, and the big swimming pool was the favorite place for the children. Joanna and Spiros were wonderful hosts and very helpful. We surely will recommend the villa to friends who want to spend holidays at Corfu.

This is our 2nd visit to this Villa, we stayed here with family this time for 2 weeks.

The villa itself is lovely and clean but for us it’s the exceptional views, Sunsets BBQ area and infinity pool at the Villa that makes us want to keep coming back, Joanna and Spiros are the most perfect hosts and go out of their way to get you anything we need. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we couldn’t thank them enough for making our stay here amazing.

The location of the Villa is ideal, a few minutes and walk and there is the beach and local Taverns’, Mini Supermarket (ran by such a friendly couple) and the Stunning Pyramid Bar where we held our wedding!

We cannot wait to come back and visit soon highly recommended!!

We visited Villa Sea Sun in June, returning following our first visit June 2017, the Villa, views, pool and outside space are everything a big family group could wish for, Joanna and Spiros are the perfect hosts, on hand should you need anything. The villa location is ideal, 100metres from Tavernas/bar (quiet) and 300 metres from a local supermarket, run by the nicest couple you could ever wish to meet, where you can pick up everything you need. The beach is 100 metres away and is safe and shallow for all ages.

It's not often that you return from a holiday, and think there wasn't anything that could have been improved, but just like the previous year, this was the case.

We had a really nice time at this place. The house is located in a beautiful environment with an exceptionnel view on the sea allowing to enjoy the sunset ! It is close from all necessary comodities, with restaurants and mini market at walking distance. The location at the north or the island allows to reach easily very nice spots, at sea and in the moutains. Corfou city is about one hour drive.
The house was very clean and well furnished. It was just perfect for two families with young children.
Outdoor are just like on pictures : exceptional pool, nice place with barbecue... Joanna and her husbands art very kind people, taking care or their hosts and always ready to help !
We've had a wonderful week in their house and world truely recommand the place !

Big spacious villa- fantastic views and clean and well equipped for the number of people.

We spent two weeks in this lovely villa with a mixed age family group from 20s to 50s. It was a brilliant location with beautiful views. It was wonderful having the sea just at the bottom of the drive. There are three restaurants and a bar and coffee shop within walking distance and we hired a boat for the day from the beach to explore the coves. I would recommend having a car as it is fun to explore the villages in the hills and useful for shopping. The villa had everything we needed including an excellent BBQ and our hosts couldnt have been more helpful and welcoming. Joanna took me to the butcher to make sure we got the best meat for the BBQ.

I cannot say enough about this magical villa. It was our first stay at Villa SeaSun but it will not be our last. The villa itself is beautiful with so much room and all the comforts of home which is only outdone by the splendor of the outdoors. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We spent the majority of our visit outside. The owners Joanna and Spiros are the most amazing people we have ever met. They are kind and gracious and make you feel as though it is completely your home while you are there. My fiance and I rented the villa for our wedding and it was the most perfect location. There are several restaurants just at the bottom of the driveway to the villa and two markets that we were able to get absolutely everything from. The outdoor space allowed us to host an after-wedding brunch in which other guests that attended our wedding were able to enjoy the outdoor space and infinity pool. Joanna decorated our room and made us feel like we had our very own honeymoon suite and during the brunch Spiros crafted the most amazing cocktails for our guests. I have never met a family with such generosity and love for who stays at their home. All of our guests want to come back and we will only be coming back to stay at Villa SeaSun and I hope you do too. I hope that anyone thinking of getting married also considers this as a wonderful villa to do so too you will not be disappointed. Truly the pictures do not do justice to this home the owners whom were all AMAZING Thank you again - we feel lucky to have found this gem on the island of Corfu which is so special Love Rachel Michael (and all of our guests).

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa SeaSun. The villa was perfect for our family (3 generations) and we could not fault it. The view from the villa was breath taking and the villa was of an exceptionally high standard well equipped and extremely clean. There were three tavernas nearby - all very different but all serving delicious food and the supermarket were happy to deliver to the villa. We did not have a car but this was not a problem as everything is nearby - what more could you ask for Special mention should be given to the owners Joanna and Spiros who were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made us feel very welcome answered all our questions and helped us out when needed. I would certainly recommend this villa to others and seeing is believing.

Everyone in our family had a fabulous holiday at Villa Sea Sun. The villa is very comfortable everything you need is there and in good condition. The outdoor facilities are excellent we ate every meal outside at the shaded table and used the barbecue often. The view is fantastic (amazing sunsets) and the marvellous infinity pool is kept very clean by the lovely owners Joanna and Spiros who are wonderful. The local mini market is fairly well stocked and very friendly the guys who provide sunbeds etc on the beach could not be more helpful. Larger supermarkets are abundant in Kassiopi which is only a short drive away and is a beautiful little harbour town. We definitely intend to come back to Villa Sea Sun again.
