It´s a great place to make relaxing holydays in a quiet environment. The apartment was very nice and good equipped. The pool area is also convenient. The host Federico is a helpful guy.
It´s a good "base camp" to discover the highlights of tuskany and for cycling as well.

Nice accomodation in the area of Volterra, surrounded by nature. Perfect place to also visit other places in Tuscany, such as Siena and San Giminano.

We had a incredibile stay. Such a precious place in Toscana. We loved the room, kitchen, very well designed and clean. We could take a little time to rest, and the swimming pool was just a big plus. We were so well received . Loved the entire experience of our stay.

Esperienza straordinaria al Borgo Ariano!
Abbiamo appena concluso una vacanza meravigliosa al Borgo Ariano e non possiamo che esprimere la nostra totale soddisfazione. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Luca e tutto il suo staff: la loro professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico, sempre pronti ad aiutare con il sorriso e a creare un'atmosfera familiare.
I nostri bambini sono stati entusiasti della piscina - sicura, pulita e perfettamente mantenuta - e hanno apprezzato moltissimo lo spazio a disposizione per giocare liberamente. Il gelato al bar sottostante è stato la ciliegina sulla torta! Per noi adulti, il vero tesoro è stato il verde rigoglioso che circonda la struttura e la pace assoluta del luogo. La posizione strategica ci ha permesso di esplorare alcuni borghi bellissimi della zona, ogni paese una scoperta affascinante.
Gli appartamenti sono semplicemente eccezionali: moderni, nuovissimi e dotati di ogni comfort. La pulizia è impeccabile e tutto funziona perfettamente. Una menzione speciale per gli appartamenti 6 e 7 con la scala comune - una soluzione geniale che ci ha permesso di condividere la vacanza con un'altra famiglia mantenendo la privacy di ciascun appartamento indipendente.
Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! Il Borgo Ariano ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Grazie ancora a Luca e a tutto lo staff per questa esperienza indimenticabile!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido borgo la settimana di ferragosto e non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
Luca, Maura, Federico, Gaia, Kamal e Gas per noi sono diventati famiglia.
Appartamenti nuovi, bellissimi e pulitissimi,piscina meravigliosa.
In poco tempo si raggiungono incantevoli città come Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Volterra e San Giaminiano..

Excellent!

We were in Borgo Ariano in summer 2025 and had a really great time. The apartement was clean and wonderful. Kitchen, bathroom, rooms are just perfect. The stuff was very nice and helpful in any cases. As a family we enjoyed the pool very much. Also we rented E-Bikes. Other guests were also nice. We plan to come back next year. In Borgo Ariano and the surroundings (Volterra is only 10 min away) you´ll get the very typical Tuscany feeling you are lookin for.

We had a wonderful time at Borgo Ariano. A beautifully restored house with a large pool, quiet, clean, and fantastic! The owners and their staff are very friendly; it's like being in a family. It's a great base for trips to the sea (50 km away), Siena, Voltera, or San Gimignano. We highly recommend it and would go back.

In this newly renovated Borgo you’ll get your vacation you deserve. Excellent facilities and architecture, big comfortable rooms with AC, nice, well equipped kitchen. REALLY nice beds and pillows, even the bed sofa is as comfortable as a real bed. The pool area is nice with salt water pool! The staff who are working there are so dedicated and determined to make your vacation the best one. The hospitality, the knowledge and their creativity.
Just WOW. We will be back.
There is a neighboring farm who has horse and quad bike excursions, we did both and we enjoyed it highly. A lot of great restaurants in the area. Just 2 min drive to a nice pizza, best pasta in Mazzolla, amazing restaurants in Volterra.
Perfect located between Volterra and San Gimignano, Siena and Firenze are within an hour drive.

We stayed with five adults in apartments 6 and 7 for a week. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The pool is a good size, with plenty of sunbeds and shade. The owners are more than friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The building is quietly situated, and the nearby towns and villages are easily accessible by car.

Super Appartment, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Besitzer. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Der Pool ist mega schön. Ebenso die ganze Anlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder ????
